Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics

Amanda blends her experience in Management, Demand Planning and Operations as the Vice President, Supply Chain and Logistics at Ilera Healthcare.

Amanda began her career at General Electric, in the Financial Management Training Program. After completing that program and working internationally in England, she transitioned to PepsiCo in Supply Chain, where she spent a 15 year career in various supply and management positions.

Throughout her time at Pepsi, she managed the production planning and deployment of co-packed beverages (SoBe, Dole, Lipton, Gatorade, Tropicana). The network consisted of 17 plants with 25 production lines, responsible for approximately $750M in annual revenue. Her most recent promotion led her to the role of a Senior Demand Manager, where she managed 66 locations In 12 States. In this role her team forecasted for 286 million cases annually, on 50,000 SKU combinations; responsible for over $3B in revenue.

Amanda’s interest in the growing field of Cannabis led her to transition companies and become the Director of Operations for a vertically integrated Medical Cannabis company with multiple licenses in three states. In this role, she managed supply chain, production planning and demand planning operations.

Amanda’s history and success in production planning and inventory management has allowed her to implement sales, operations and automation processes responsible for a 100% increase in daily finished goods production in her position at Ilera Healthcare.

She holds a B.S. degree in Finance from The University of Maryland, where she completed the Honors Program. She also completed Quest: the IBM-Sponsored Total Quality Management Program. Amanda resides in Ellicott City, MD with her husband, two children and two dogs.
