HOW DO I BECOME A MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT IN PENNSYLVANIA?

Registering to become a medical marijuana patient takes place online and is a relatively simple process. Only patients suffering from one of the following medical conditions accepted by Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program may qualitfy. For the steps to register, click here.

HOW DO I BECOME A CAREGIVER FOR A MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT?

Caregivers also have to register for the medical marijuana program and all caregivers must complete a background check before being approved. For the complete steps to become a registered caregiver, click here.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO THE DISPENSARY?

If you’re already registered as a medical marijuana patient in Pennsylvania, make sure you bring both your ID and your state-issued medical marijuana card with you when you visit our dispensary. You’ll need both to make a purchase!

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO PURCHASE MEDICAL MARIJUANA PRODUCTS?

You must be 18 years old to purchase medical marijuana at our dispensary. Patients under the age of 18 are required to have a caregiver apply on their behalf. If you are the minor’s parent, legal guardian or spouse, you can serve as your minor’s caregiver by registering as their caregiver. If you are not the minor’s parent, legal guardian or spouse, an ‘authorization to designate a third-party caregiver’ form must be completed.

I'M A MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT FROM ANOTHER STATE. CAN I VISIT YOUR DISPENSARY IN PENNSYLVANIA AND MAKE A PURCHASE?

No. At this time, Pennsylvania does not offer reciprocity to out-of-state patients. You must be a resident of Pennsylvania and be registered with the state’s medical marijuana program to purchase medicine.

WHAT ARE THE APPROVED CONDITIONS TO BECOME A PATIENT?

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Autism, Cancer (including remission therapy), Crohn’s Disease, Dyskinetic and Spastic Movement Disorders, Intractable Spasticity associated with spinal cord nervous damage, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Huntington’s Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Intractable Seizures, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathies, Neurodegenerative Diseases, Opioid Use Disorder for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated, ineffective, or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions, Parkinson’s Disease, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Severe Chronic or Intractable Pain, Sickle Cell Anemia and Terminal Illness.

WHAT FORMS OF MARIJUANA ARE SOLD IN YOUR DISPENSARY?

The approved products for the Pennsylvania medical marijuana program include pills, oils, topicals (creams, ointments, gels, etc.), tinctures, liquid, and dry leaf. Edibles are not avaialble for purchase in Pennsylvania.
